How do I reactivate a subscription?Updated 3 months ago
If you want to reactivate a subscription that was previously canceled:
- Login to your customer portal.
- Click the Manage subscriptions tab.
- Select Inactive
- Click +Reactivate to reactivate a cancelled subscription.
Note: If the subscription is expired it cannot be reactivated. In this case, checkout on the store with a fresh subscription for that item.
